LOAN MODIFICATION is on everyone’s minds. Do I qualify; can I get my piece of the bailout that is being offered to so many others?

There are companies’ springing up everywhere that claim to be able to modify your mortgage, for a fee, of course. But as a home owner and mortgage holder, you must take care in making sure that you are dealing with a reputable company.

This is especially true in California. In California, a Load Modification Service Company or even an attorney’s service must be approved with the California Department of Real Estate and listed on their website as approved for doing business in California.

As a mortgage holder, you are no doubt being bombarded with phone calls, emails and even information in your mail box offering you the opportunity to lower your interest rate, your mortgage balance or both. And while some are in fact reputable and able to do business in California, some are not.

Work with someone who you can trust. I have done extensive research into many different companies and have chosen one that is not only able to do business in all 50 state- including California, but also has a high success rate in lowering interest rates and payments, but also charges a smaller fee than many other companies out there.

Over all, I feel that this company offers the best service for the best possible price.

If you are upside down in your mortgage, meaning your principal balance is much more than your home is currently worth, you are struggling to pay your mortgage and your monthly bills like credit cards and car payments, you’ve lost your job or about to lose your job, now is the time to take action. Start the process of loan modification before you are too far over the edge and are in jeopardy of going into foreclosure.

Contact me today for a fee evaluation of your situation. Paperwork can be emailed, faxed or mailed to you immediately and I will know if you qualify for a loan modification within 24 hours of your information being returned to me.

You can be assured that I will work exceptionally hard to earn your trust and help you and your family keep your home.
